Return Policy

At Authentic Art, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We request all customers to check the product in the presence of the delivery agent.

• Damage Issues: If the product is found damaged upon delivery, you may return it immediately. Alternatively, if you wish to keep the order, you can receive the item and we will send a fresh replacement, collecting the damaged one during the new delivery.
• Change of Mind: If you do not like the product for any reason other than damage, you may return it by paying only the applicable delivery charge (80 BDT inside Dhaka / 150 BDT outside Dhaka).
